Missoula Pet Friendly Events April-May

Missoula is a remarkably vibrant community for animal lovers. We have found the majority of our community owns some sort of animal. With our beautiful backdrops and a shared commitment to animal welfare, Missoula is a very pet friendly city.
In the coming weeks and months, local non-profit partners and animal advocates have an array for events scheduled. Or, read about out pet friendly places and hiking spots in another one of our newsletters!
Saturday, April 11th Animeals is hosting a workshop at Home ReSource in Missoula! Build a cat tree for your self and one to donate! Want to meet local pet lovers like yourself and also give back to a great organization in need? This is a great, fun opportunity. The workshop is $55 and lasts a couple of hours in the afternoon from 1pm to 4pm. Sign up here
Saturday, April 11th If you enjoy a 5k bring your dog along to the Blacksmith Brewing 5k in Stevensville. Starts at 11am, dogs welcome to join as long as they are well behaved!
Sunday, April 12th Heidi's Kittens will be hosting an adoption event at Tractor Supply in Lolo! Bring a carrier to take your new fluffy family home! Heidi's Kittens always has a wide variety of kittens and cats so if you're going just to "look" I recommend bringing a carrier because you will definitely come home with someone special!
Friday April 24th-25th Love horses? Have a horse? Big Sky Horse Park is hosting a Carol Mayo dressage and Jump Clinic. Starts on Friday the 24th at 8am and concludes at 5pm on the 25th. Finished off by a dressage show on the 26th. Prices vary on lesson length and membership to the horse park.
