Employee Highlight - Nikita!

At All Around Adventures we believe in a team approach to our pet sitting. Which means, we ensure our sitters are equipped to take care of every pet we have on our roster. Some pets are a bit more timid than others and may take some extra time on our side to get a new sitter/walker to gain their trust but we are dedicated to ensuring a stress free environment for your pet.

With that being said we do have new faces that come and go in our business but Nikita has been a constant for almost 5 years! Most of you know her, met her or have read her wonderful report cards she sends at the end of each of her visits. Nikita is part time but handles a lot behind the scenes for us. Not only does she come and check on your pets, give medications as needed, takes your dogs on fulfilling walks and takes some wonderful photos for each of our clients but she also helps post on our social media, updates details in our app weekly and helps train our employees. Nikita has been a huge part in allowing All Around Adventures to grow from a 1 woman show to a business with 5 or more employees. The goal has always been to help as many pet parents in Missoula as we can to ensure a life well lived for pets and their owners and we probably couldn't have expanded without her help. Thank you Nikita!!

When Nikita isn't working she is a mom, a wife and the proud owner of 3 dogs! She worked as a Veterinary Technician for a few years and is a truly valuable employee at All Around Adventures. She covers for employees when they are sick, helps troubleshoot any problems other employees might have and helps with the day to day running of the business. Do you love Nikita as much as we do?
